What is included in every podcast studio session?
Your choice of all three sets, 4K cameras, broadcast microphones through a Rodecaster Pro, studio lighting, a sound-treated room, and a dedicated operator running the technical side. You leave with synced raw files.
Do you edit the video for me?
Yes. The Premium session comes back with video editing, audio mixing, colour grading and live camera switching. Short vertical clips and reels are quoted separately — tell the team what you need when you book.
How long do you keep my files?
Files are kept for 14 days after your session, so download them promptly.
How fast do I get my recording?
Edited episodes are delivered by Google Drive link within 5 working days of the recording. An express service is available for an additional 25% if agreed before the session.
Which set should I book?
Shanghai seats one and suits solo episodes and talking-head video. New York seats one or two for relaxed conversation. Paris seats up to four around the table and is the set for panels. Sets are subject to availability, so book ahead. See all three sets in detail ▸
I have never done this before. Will I be okay?
Most people who book us have never sat in front of a studio camera. Tell us it is your first time when you book and your operator will set your levels, show you where to look, and start you with a throwaway take that nobody ever sees. You can stop and restart as often as you like — the session is yours, and nothing goes out until you are happy with it.
Can I see the studio before I book?
Yes. Book a free studio tour and we will show you all three sets, the gear and how a session runs. It takes about fifteen minutes and there is no obligation to book afterwards. Book a studio tour ▸
Do I need to bring anything?
No. The room is lit, mic'd and ready before you arrive. Bring your talking points — and props or branding if you want them on camera. Tell the team which set you picked and they will suggest what works.
What does the studio operator actually do?
They set up, run the cameras and sound, and watch the recording for the whole session. You never touch the gear. Talk through your plan with them before you start.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes, with notice. Cancel or move a session at least 3 working days ahead (5 working days for half- or full-day bookings) and you get a full refund or a new slot. Inside that window a 25% fee applies, inside 1 working day it is 50%, and a no-show is charged in full — the room and your operator are already booked. Cancellations must be in writing by email.
